Terms of Use

1. Licence

PneumaTheorem, Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the LADE engine on devices you own or control. The engine is provided free of charge.

2. Character packs

A character pack is separately purchased content, licensed to the purchaser for personal use. It may not be redistributed or resold, and the material inside it may not be extracted for other purposes.

Pack contents are not encrypted and carry no technical measure against extraction. This is stated so that it is known before purchase; it does not authorise extraction, which remains outside the licence above.

3. Your own images

Images you supply in own-image mode remain yours. No right in them is acquired here, and they are not received here — all processing takes place on your device.

4. Data

The application collects no usage data, transmits no sales or usage statistics, and creates no user identifier. It requires no network connection to run.

5. Restrictions

The software may not be used for any purpose that is unlawful under the law applicable to you.

Material depicting the sexual exploitation of minors is prohibited without exception. Where such use is notified, the licence terminates immediately and signature issuance ceases, without prior verification.

6. Compatibility

Within a major version of the engine, packs issued during that version will continue to load. No commitment is made across major versions beyond a reasonable migration path.

7. No warranty

The software is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty of any kind, express or implied, is given.

8. Governing law

The laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Nothing here removes a right you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
